Sana Convention Centre


This room can seat 450 in theatre seating or 450 in banquet style. It has three divisions enabling 3 separate meetins and functions to take place simultaneously, each room being capable of seating 150, each equipped with overhead video projectors, screens, PA system and toilets and separate entrance.

Apart from conventional tables, cairs, we offer a formal excutive round or obling table setting in beautiful kwila that can seat from 30 -65 delegates, each with their own individual microphone system. This setting has been used for successive Pacific Forum and other international conferences. There is a dedicated secretarial office in a annex of the Sana Room.

 

Tamendek Board Room

Accommodated up to 20 in a board room setting, with flat screen TV, video projector and self contained kitchen.

Business Centre

Located in the main building on the first floor, a full equipped business centre with access to broadband internet, telephones and secretarial services.

Nicholai Mikloucho-Maclay Room

Located in the Raffles Wing, accommodated to 50 with video projector, white board and system. It has a self contained kitchen and toilets.

Sagen Aben Park

This park was reclaimed from Yamilon Lagoon, it provides an excelent venue for special occassions in a landscaped park, with a lagoon, haus white sandy beach. 2 acres of lawns with toilets. Ideal for BBQ topical mumus, opening or closing session, sing sing ground, weddings and other open air events. Two marquees are available for hire.

Kalibobo Spirit

For Board Meetings up to twelve, dinners for up to 25 or BBQ up to 50 the Kalibobo Spirit either moored or cruising the beautiful Madang harbour is available.

Haus Kibung

The Haus Kibung can seat up to 100 inside and a further 50 outside on the balcony overlooking the pool and Dallman passage. It can be used for special events, dinner, meetings, trade displays and is fully equipped with its own kitchen, toilets, storage rooms and is full air conditioned.
