Set along Dallman Passage at the entrance of the Madang Harbour, Kalibobo Village is a secure village style resort complex with a selection of de-luxe rooms, waterfront executive bungalows with 2 presidential suites. In addition we have ten, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages for longer term lease. 

Our resort facilities are without equal in PNG and include a fully accredited PADI Dive Shop is located near the Resort Marina. In the main resort complex you will find shops, an art gallery specializing in authentic local artifacts, our own MTS tours office, a modern business centre, wireless internet, hair salon, 3 first class restaurants, well equipped gym, bars and direct access to the Sana Convention Centre and Conference Rooms, the most comprehensive conference facility in PNG.

Elsewhere amidst the gardens of adjacent Madang Resort we have constructed an authentic 'Haus Tambaran' (Spirit House), typical of the east Sepik region. Here you can see traditional carving, bilum making and other handicraft activities being made using tools and methods as the Sepik people have done for millennia. Our beautiful resort grounds feature dazzling displays of rare native orchids and many other extraordinary tropical plants. There are aviaries housing many rare and beautiful native birds and wandering free through the grounds you will come across animals and birds indigenous to PNG, content to remain in the safe confines of the resort grounds. A Waterfall provides water to a barramundi pond where you can see barramundi and Pacu, so tame you can feed them by hand. The resort operates a full tour desk and can arrange car hire, sightseeing harbour cruises, regular sunset dinner cruises aboard our own luxury white boat, Kalibobo Spirit, village tours, trekking, fishing, diving, birding, canoes, catamarans, jet skiing, diving and snorkeling, water skiing from the marina, even helicopter safaris can be arranged utilizing the resort’s own Robinson R44 helicopter.
